VAT
The prices mentioned are net prices. They apply to non-profit associations that hold their own events in our company in accordance with the statutory purpose. VAT is added for other groups and individuals. Adult education is again subject to the reduced tax rate.
Accommodation tax
An overnight accommodation tax of 5% is added to all prices, which is levied by the city of Potsdam. We forward this directly to the tax office. Overnight stays for professional purposes are excluded (confirmation from the employer is required). Guests up to and including 26 years of age who take part in educational events in our hotel are also tax-exempt.
